Ok ok… So maybe it can’t cure EVERYTHING buit it comes pretty darn close!
I swear by Ecchinachea when I have a cold or the symptoms. And as soon as I see more than 2 people sneezing or coughing, I reach for my bottle of Ecchinachea.
It’s great because it really boosts your immune system so helps fight off viruses or colds, and it’s widely available from chemists.
Ok…. it might not be the BEST tasting thing… But you really do get used to it. And you take it 2 to 3 times a day when you’re coming down with something, or you know there is something going round, and you’ll feel better in no time.

Also, a great fluid to have when you have a cold or a virus is honey & lemon.

You guys and girls must have read about all the terrible things which are happening in Kenya at the moment.
If you haven’t had a chance to read up on it, or you’re really confused about the situation, here are the highlights.
There has just been a recent election in Kenya, and the two main people in the running are Mwai Kibaki (prevous president) and Raila Odinga.
Now things have been a bit iffy under Kibaki’s control and there was a definite need for a change, but after the recent elections, where Odinga was previously in the lead, Kibaki somehow raced passed in votes and was declared President again.
The fact that there were a huge number of extra votes in the last minutes of the election, and that Kibaki already has a lot of power to get away with what he wants, Raila, suspected that there was some vote rigging going on.
The very suspiscious thing is that half an hour after Kibaki was declared the leader, he was sworn into presidency.
The supporters of Odinga, are up in arms against, mainly, the Kikuyu people, from where Kibaki is from. The Kikuyu tribe make up 22% of the complete population of Kenya.
So now there are people being killed, and burnt, and rallies starting up and police using water cannons and the likes.
I think it’s disgraceful that two political statesmen can not just sit down and talk it through like grown men. I understand that these guys have supporters but if they have enough power with their supporters for them to start riots, then they surely have enough power to stop the riots.
As we all know, politicians can be very stubborn when they want to make a point, and neither one will meet with the other unless the other admits that they were wrong… Silly huh?
I just feel that there is enough killing and starvation and death and sorrow in the world, without creating some more.
My thoughts and condolences go out to those who are caught in the middle of this fued, to the ones who have lost their lives, and to the family and friends of the victims.
Let me know your thoughts on this topic whether they are for either side, or neutral thoughts.

Hi there all.
Yup. Before anyone says it, I know… It’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything. There is absolutely no excuse for this so I’m not going to try and make one up. I noticed, the last post was in early September. CRAZY!!!
Well let me tell you what I’ve been up to. From the 15th of September I was in Kenya for a whole month, which means I got back last Monday. (Yup. Today is Saturday, nearly 2 weeks later). I’ve just been catching up with work and working on a video for the Machakos Water Project.
Oh that’s right! I didn’t tell you guys and girls about it.
Well as you may have read in some previous posts, my mum, Shilpa Dinesh Shah, passed away last year on 26th September. Towards the end of her life here on Earth, she was Nil-By-Mouth because the valve which regulates air flow to the lungs and food and drink to the stomach stayed open so everything she drank or ate would trickle into her lungs. So being Nil-By-Mouth, and on an oxygen mask, she was constantly thirsty, and she would constantly ask for water, but we were not allowed to give her any.
When she passed over, we decided that we were going to build a water well in her name, in Kenya. So this was the main reason that we went to kenya. I’ll be posting about it soon as well. There is a trailer of the video on YouTube but watch this space and I’ll have it up here in a couple of days.
Around that, we went to see family everywhere like Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, etc. All we did, the majority of the time we were in Kenya, was eat and drink. (No wonder I feel like I’ve gained a couple of pounds!)
We went to the shopping malls, we went to visit family and have dinner and lunch and breakfast, etc, etc. We went to Masai Mara (What an experience. I’ll post pictures later.), We stayed in a gorgeous hotel in Mombasa South Coast called Southern Palms. (I would strongly urge a lot of people to go and stay there. The customer service alone was absolutely amazing!!)
The sun was so hot in Mombasa that I actually burnt my shoulders. I’ve never ever burnt any skin before with the sun!! Maybe it was because I was in the pool the whole time playing water polo and water volleyball… Hmmm… Oh well. 
There’ll be another post about my experience in Mombasa soon as well… You can hear ALL about my trip in the next couple of posts.
When we left the UK, it was still pretty warm. When we got back.. Boy was I in for a chill shock! Seriously cold. Oh well. That’s the highs and highers of a holiday.
Well I best get back to work.

Hey there all.
I’ve just finished writing up a sales page for a book called “Creating WorldWide Buzz in 10 Easy Steps“. I didn’t write this book but the guy who did… What a genius! His name is Kavit Haria, a very good friend of mine, and he is the owner of InnerRhythm. He has written this book from hours of sweat, learnings, and thousands of dollars in education. Now, he’s put everything into this book for easy access to all his knowledge.
I personally use a few of the tips and tools which are in this book and boy do they help me!
So what is “Buzz“? Well, quite simply put, it’s the energy surrounding your product, and even yourself, which attracts people towards it, which increases your sales and increases the reach of your marketing.
Let’s say this. A product without buzz will only go so far. A product WITH buzz will go worldwide. Which would YOU rather have?
Here’s a little taster from his book to wet your appetite:
Picture in your mind a funnel. Coming in the top of the funnel are
prospects. You obtain these through all the customer acquisition strategies we’ll talk about in step 6. Every prospect who buys something for the first time makes that product the front end product. The vast majority of your first-time buyers will purchase something from you that represent low risk, high potential return, and gives them a chance to get to know you as an information provider—the most common thing offered at the front end are free items such as newsletters, amples, reports, gifts, etc.
Once you have converted a prospect into a customer by selling him or her
anything (free or paid), the Product Funnel concept comes into play. You want to sell that person one copy of every product in the funnel. To do this, you’ll use a technique called “up selling” which involves convincing a customer to buy the next higher-priced item in your product line. Once they’ve done that, they become a candidate for the next higher-priced item. And so it goes.
Ok so you’ve heard from me, and you’ve heard from Kavit. Now what is it that you want from your product? Where do you want it to go? How do you want people to hear about it? How FAST do you want people to hear about it?
My friend, the choice is yours. If you want to get serious about it then GET SERIOUS! If you don’t…. Well… The choice is yours.

Hey there all.
I’ve been having a thought in the last 10 minutes…
Do you think we’re all part of One Big Life Movie? I was just looking outside, (and a gorgeous day it is), and was just imagining how it would be. The best bits of your life would be showing, and when you’re not doing anything the focus would be on someone else.
The plots would be realistic, there would be lots of characters, and special effects? Well i’m sure there are some people on the planet who can handle realistic affects…
But the main thing I was thinking about was that, at any point in our lives, if we were doing something exciting, we would be watched… So what if we were always doing something exciting all of the time?
Now I’m not talking about things like jumping off buildings or flying by ourselves or shooting bad guys on the Hoover Dam… I’m talking about things which make us who we are. Things which, when someone is watching us on the big screen, would say “Wow! That is so cool!!”.
Maybe there’s a whole race of people out there who is watching us, and at any one point, all of us are going to be in this movie… How much we’re going to be in it depends on us and how exciting we wish to make our life.

Sorry I’ve been away for so long.
Have you ever had the feeling of being completely swamped with loads of things at once? I’m telling you. Between family, business and my social life, i’ve got enough to keep me busy for the next 25 years!!
So what have I been up to? Well in terms of family, i’ve been to so many weddings this summer that I have wedding food coming out of my ears. (Not literally because that would just be gross!)
Social life wise, i’ve been chilling out with my friends whenever I get a chance, and I’ve really got into some cool card games. There are 2 games which I play. One is called Chokri which involves 4 peoples who are in 2 teams and it’s about who makes the most hands (trumps). The other game is called “Saath Aatth” which translates into “7 – 8″. This is the same as Chokri but it is played with 2 people playing against each other.
On the business side of things, well I’m still working in my own company at http://www.prematma.com and I’m moving on to newer and better pastures. I still deal in Video Editing, and have moved into Music Track Creation and have now moved on to (as well as carrying on with these other tasks) teaching web design and affiliate sale marketing.
I’m currently in the process of creating my own book called “How to Win Friends and Influence People”…. Just Kidding! That one’s already been done…
My book is called:
“How to Make Money with Affiliate Sales WHILE Building YOUR Opt-In List!”
It deals with all the issues in creating cash from Affiliate Sales and growing your mailing list.
So, what is a mailing list?
A mailing list is a list which is created from people entering their details in return for a product, or a service, or a free guide. You can use this to upsell, or resell, or just pass on much more information to the list. (The biggest asset on the internet which you will generate.)
Ok… So what’s an affiliate?
An affiliate is a person who markets other people’s products in return for a certain commission. Many areas on the internet have affiliate programs. You just have to know how to market them.
In my book I will show you how to use affiliate marketing to generate sales, earn you commission, and grow your mailing list.
I’ll be taking you through ALL the small steps which you need to take to get through this process.

If you’ve never heard of music… WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN???
Music is the thing which can bring people together or set off a certain emotion.
It can harmonise two lovers or cry the pains of sorrow from a broken heart.
Music can be simple, music can be complicated, music can be… silence…
Music can create emotions which you never knew you had…
I absolutely LOVE music. I can listen to any kind of music and have an emotion created by it. And for me, it’s great to create different styles and types of music. Now don’t get me wrong. I’m not some supergood musician who touches a piano and makes magic… But I know that what I create, like all good musicians (even the supergood, piano-touching, musicians) create music from the heart. It comes from feelings, from emotions….. from within…
How about you? What is your favourite kind of music? Rock? Pop? Classical? Indian? Instrumental? Jazz? Soul? R ‘n’ B? Blues? African? Whatever it is, you listen to it because it makes you feel good. Right? Whether you listen in the car, or you sing it in the shower. Whether you sing in a choir or just at parties with your friends. It makes you feel good.
So let me answer some of the questions in the title. We know what Music is… and we know it can be used for background music such as weddings, seminars, promotional videos…
What is “Royalty Free Music”?
Wikipedia states it as – Royalty-free music commonly refers to stock or library music‘ licensed for a single fee, without the need to pay any subsequent royalties. ‘ And royalties are fees which you pay the artist or composer every time you use their piece of music.
